On April 11th I will be participating in a walk for Multiple Sclerosis, to help raise money for research so that we can find a cure. My team is “Team Crown Star” and our personal goal is to raise $200. Starting today (March 19th, 2009) to the day of the walk (April 11th) Crown Star Designs will donate 10% of all sales to the M.S. Happy New Year to everyone, I hope every one had a safe start to the New Year. I have started 2009 off by trying to get my business back on track. I’m really trying to branch out and take designing a lot more seriously. I am hoping to work on my photography portfolio this year. I have been trying to get things more organized both in my professional and personal life. It hasn’t been easy since i have been sick. Right now school is a bigger priority for me right now. I have also fallen behind on keeping track of my books. As i realize during my hard times, I have been very bad at budgeting and spending. So I enlisted the help of my sister Rachel(Accutax of Utah) to help me get started. There was so much to go through. In the end she had me download a program that I found very helpful. Quicken is a program to help you with all of your financial needs. I use the Quicken Home and Business now, and let me just tell you it’s AMAZING, such a stress relief and quite easy to use.
