On April 11th I will be participating in a walk for Multiple Sclerosis, to help raise money for research so that we can find a cure. My team is “Team Crown Star” and our personal goal is to raise $200. Starting today (March 19th, 2009) to the day of the walk (April 11th) Crown Star Designs will donate 10% of all sales to the M.S. Foundation. Donations can also be made on our teams page here. If everyone could chip in a little we can reach our goal. Thank you for your time.

P.S. I will be getting the samples back up very soon. The plug-in I use for the viewer doesn’t work with this version of wordpress, but I am coming up with another solution right now.

New Year, New Goals

Happy New Year to everyone, I hope every one had a safe start to the New Year. I have started 2009 off by trying to get my business back on track. I’m really trying to branch out and take designing a lot more seriously.

I am hoping to work on my photography portfolio this year. You can find examples of my work on my flickr (here) and also on my myspace page (here).

New Layout, Quicken

I have been trying to get things more organized both in my professional and personal life. It hasn’t been easy since i have been sick. Right now school is a bigger priority for me right now. I have also fallen behind on keeping track of my books. As i realize during my hard times, I have been very bad at budgeting and spending. So I enlisted the help of my sister Rachel(Accutax of Utah) to help me get started. There was so much to go through. In the end she had me download a program that I found very helpful.

Quicken is a program to help you with all of your financial needs. I use the Quicken Home and Business now, and let me just tell you it’s AMAZING, such a stress relief and quite easy to use. I just wish i hadn’t put it off so long!

I also have some photos to upload. Feel free to check out my flickr! I am thinking of upgrading my flickr account soon to a pro one. I am quite excited for that.

Thank you for visiting my online portfolio. I am 21 years old, born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. I have been doing website design since I was about 12 years old. The past few years I have been really interested in photo restoration and editing. I have experience in Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator as well as, FTP, site moderation/management. I am also busy learning Flash.
